Quality & Environment

Of course Air & Sea products fulfill all requirements for CE Marking conformity, including full system testing of emissions according to EN 61000-6-4:2007 and immunity according to EN 61000-6-2:2005 in a specialized EMC chamber facility.

Many Air & Sea products are also tested and certified beyond the requirements for CE Marking.

Examples include radiation testing required by the nuclear industry and acoustic emission reduction required by the scientific and defence communities.

Material, paint and lubricant choices suitable for sensitive environments such as drinking water reservoirs and fragile marine eco-systems are chosen and tested with the utmost of care.

Internal Testing

Air & Sea products must live up to the high expectations and requirements of our customers.

We continuously monitor our internal processes to ensure that our products and services are always improving in ways that directly translates to value for our users.

One of our largest customers had this to say about us:

It is a testament to your design and implementation that the V8 has proved so reliable and commercially successful for us. Since I was in Sweden in October we have done six major campaigns of about 3-4 weeks each, and not suffered a single significant failure other than a flooded light. My only reservation in fully recommending the vehicle is that it might push me back in the queue for the next one.

Our quality management system tracks customer issues ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
